この書類とは / What is this form

「源泉所得税の納期の特例の承認に関する申請書」は、源泉徴収した所得税の納付を、毎月ではなく年2回にまとめて行えるようにする申請書です。

This application lets you pay withheld income tax twice a year instead of every month — the "special due-date" provision.

いつ必要か / When you need it

給与の支給人員が常時10人未満の事業者が利用できます。事務負担を大きく減らせます。

Available to employers with fewer than 10 salaried staff at any time. It greatly reduces administrative burden.
